Dear Friend In Our Lord, Jesus Christ,
Today in our generation, no matter what our culture, creed, our age or nation, it is absolutely imperative
that we as the people of God know what His Word is speaking to us and the instruction therein He calls us
to.  This instruction is not at all debatable, hypothetical, or a compromising Word, but is an absolute
personal decision of total unquestionable surrender, in obedient and reverential fear of the Almightiness of
God, Our Heavenly Father, and His Son, Jesus Christ, Our Messiah and King.  This instruction for the child
of God is as vital as the air we breathe and it is the substance of eternal life, found only in the Author of life
Himself, who is Jesus Christ.
1 Peter 2:2-3 Like newborn babies you should crave (thirst for, earnestly
desire) the pure (unadulterated) spiritual milk, that by it you may be nurtured and grow unto [completed]
salvation,  Since you have [already] tasted the goodness and kindness of the Lord.
The knowledge of Truth, calls Christians everywhere to practice their faith in the light of this Truth found
only in God's Holy Word.  Our faith is born and established in the love that we have for Christ, Our King, and
it reigns eternally within our hearts.  Truth is found in the person of Jesus Christ and if we, who are called
the branches, are connected to Christ, who is the vine, we will be producing the beautiful fruit of that same
vine, which we are vitally connected to.  And if we do not produce this same fruit, we are told; we will be
purged (cut off) and thrown into the fire
(John 15:5-6).  This is not a threat precious one, but this is God's
Word to His people everywhere.  He sets the standards by which we must conform.  How dare we who
profess to know Him, make up our own vain and presumptuous rules and mix in the The Word of God with
it, and all the while expecting the divine protection, providence, and covenantal promises of God to be a
strength and source in our lives.  We only deceive ourselves.
Ephesians 4:21-24 Assuming that you have
really heard Him and been taught by Him, as [all] Truth is in Jesus [embodied and personified in Him], Strip
yourselves of your former nature [put off and discard your old unrenewed self] which characterized your
previous manner of life and becomes corrupt through lusts and desires that spring from delusion; And be
constantly renewed in the spirit of your mind [having a fresh mental and spiritual attitude], And put on the
new nature (the regenerate self) created in God's image, [Godlike] in true righteousness and holiness.
The Book of Judges depicts and portrays an age gone awry with frequent accounts of apostasy, rebellion,
lewdness, worshipping false gods (demon/idol worship) all of which provoked the divine justice of God and
with its lingering and memorable scripture, which resounds and echo's through every age warning,
"Israel had no king and everyone did as he saw fit"
(Judges 17:6).  The people lived like they knew God but
they were far away from Him because they only used God as a means to their own end.  As long as
everyone was living in their same sinful and evil life-styles (herd mentality), their reason dictated that it
must be all right in the sight of God.  These people lived in the realm of their feelings (senses) and vain
reasoning's, satisfying their carnal urges and appetites, reducing God Creator of All things, to the god of
their imagination
(Luke 16:15).  They knew NOT the Great and Living God, who longed with loving kindness
to draw them unto Himself in order to give them His very best
(Jeremiah 31:3; 29:11)
It was only by the mercy of God that Israel was not overwhelmed an absorbed by the pagan nations
around them.  So it is today, in our own generation too.  Many professing Christians are too busy to really
know God, and His Son, Jesus Christ, through the written Word of God.  If knowing God remains in an
external and cerebral method of worshipping God with our senses and warm fuzzy feelings, doing our
duty twice a week by going to church and singing in the choir, and or basing our success in the numbers
in our congregations, or having the ability to memorize hundreds of scriptures, yet never producing the
fruit required in The Word, because it lacked the genuine purpose,
that is, to really know God. Because of
this lack of love for God,
many people only know about Him, because they do not practice what the Word
demands of us in the way God prescribes in how we shall come into this wonderful and divine relationship
with Himself.  This generation shall be one that is remembered as were the ones written about in
scripture from the beginning of the Bible to the end.
Deuteronomy 32:16-18 They provoked Him to jealousy with strange gods, with abominations they
provoked Him to anger.  They sacrificed to demons, not to God — to gods whom they knew not, to new
gods lately come up, whom your fathers never knew or feared.  Of the Rock Who bore you, you were
unmindful; you forgot the God Who travailed in your birth.
If we are not practicing what we learn as the knowledge of truth in the Word of God and live by these
righteous requirements which the Word demands, then we too shall be a people who live as those in the
days of the Judges, and ignore the righteous decrees of God through the shepherding of the true
leadership, as they herald the truth of His righteousness, justice, love and faithfulness, with the kind
intention to lead them into a deep and abiding fellowship with God Himself.
1 John 5:18-21   We know
[absolutely] that anyone born of God does not [deliberately and knowingly] practice committing sin, but
the One Who was begotten of God carefully watches over and protects him [Christ's divine presence
within him preserves him against the evil], and the wicked one does not lay hold (get a grip) on him or
touch [him].  We know [positively] that we are of God, and the whole world [around us] is under the power
of the evil one.  And we [have seen and] know [positively] that the Son of God has [actually] come to this
world and has given us understanding and insight [progressively] to perceive (recognize) and come to
know better and more clearly Him Who is true; and we are in Him Who is true — in His Son Jesus Christ
(the Messiah). This [Man] is the true God and Life eternal.  Little children, keep yourselves from idols
(false gods) — [from anything and everything that would occupy the place in your heart due to God, from
any sort of substitute for Him that would take first place in your life]. Amen (so let it be).
Dear Saint in Christ, be jealous over your own soul and take care to immerse yourself in God's Word
daily!  The Israelites were commanded, to collect the daily manna as their food source for one day, so
must we feed on the Word of God for our daily spiritual subsistence.  We must remember as well, to feed
on this Word, means that we will live it and practice it!  The Gospel of Our Lord, Jesus Christ, will bear
beautiful fruit in you and change you, if you truly desire to know Him intimately.  This is His desire for you.
Col 1:5-6, 9-10 Because of the hope [of experiencing what is] laid up ( reserved and waiting) for you in
heaven. Of this [hope] you heard in the past in the message of the truth of the Gospel,  Which has come to
you. Indeed, in the whole world [that Gospel] is bearing fruit and still is growing[by its own inherent
power], even as it has done among yourselves ever since the day you first heard and came to know and
understand the grace of God in truth. [You came to know the grace or undeserved favor of God in reality,
deeply and clearly and thoroughly, becoming accurately and intimately acquainted with it.]  For this reason
we also, from the day we heard of it, have not ceased to pray and make [special] request for you, [asking]
that you may be filled with the full (deep and clear) knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom [in
comprehensive insight into the ways and purposes of God] and in understanding and discernment of
spiritual things —   That you may walk (live and conduct yourselves) in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully
pleasing to Him and  desiring to please Him in all things, bearing fruit in every good work and steadily
growing and increasing in and by the knowledge of God [with fuller, deeper, and clearer insight,
acquaintance, and recognition].
Our King, Jesus Christ, is our plumb line of perfection!  He is our true measure of any success.  Anything
short of His standard is not true or real.  Do not fall for the apostate lie circulating these days and never
entertain the thought, that there are other ways to your eternal heavenly home, other than through Christ
Jesus, whom the Father sent as the atoning sacrifice for our sins. Jesus is the only Door and Way to the
Father.
(John 10:9)  By the honest confession of your sins and true repentance for them, and by living in
the Word for your daily spiritual subsistence through the inspiration of His Holy Spirit, and producing fruit
in keeping with your repentance, you shall see your King face to face one day, and hear the beautiful
words, Well done good and faithful servant!"  It will be well worth the wait!  Hold on tight to Christ, your
King, and fall deeply in love with Him
now while you have breath!  He is your Eternal Life! John 10:27-28
The sheep that are My own hear and are listening to My voice; and I know them, and they follow Me.  And I
give them eternal life, and they shall never lose it or perish throughout the ages. [To all eternity they shall
never by any means be destroyed.] And no one is able to snatch them out of My hand.
